Terms
These terms explain the use of the Kruusla website and the general principles for ordering website services. The scope, price and schedule of each project are always agreed separately in writing.

1. Service provider
Space8 OÜ (trading as Kruusla), registration number 14609360, address Harju maakond, Jõelähtme vald, Neeme küla, Untaugu tee 20, 74226. Contact: kylli@kruusla.com.
2. Services
Kruusla provides website messaging and structure, copywriting, design, development, domain connection, hosting and ongoing care. Packages described on the website provide a general overview of these services.
3. Proposal and agreement
The free draft carries no obligation to place an order or make a payment. The draft design remains Kruusla's property until an order is confirmed in writing.
Sending an enquiry does not oblige you to order a service or Kruusla to accept the work. Work begins after both parties have confirmed the project scope, price, schedule and other important terms in writing.
If a specific written proposal or contract differs from these general terms, the specific agreement takes precedence.
4. Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website are starting prices unless stated otherwise. The final project price, payment schedule and due dates are stated in the proposal or contract. Prices shown on the website are final and no VAT is added.
5. Client responsibilities
The client provides the information, materials, access and feedback needed for the work at the agreed time. The client confirms that they have the right to use all text, images, trademarks and other materials supplied to Kruusla.
Missing or late input may change the agreed schedule.
6. Work process and revisions
The work stages and number of revision rounds included in the price depend on the selected package or separate proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is carried out only after its scope, price and schedule have been agreed separately.
7. Launch and ongoing care
The website is launched after client approval and completion of the agreed prerequisites. The exact content and duration of hosting, domain and care services are set out in the proposal or contract. The minimum period for Kruusla Care is 12 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Intellectual property
The client's materials remain the client's property. Rights to use work created during the project, delivery of source files, and the terms of third-party tools, fonts or other licensed materials are defined in the specific proposal or contract.
9. Third-party services
A website may rely on domain, hosting, analytics, email or other third-party services. Their availability and terms are controlled by the relevant providers. Kruusla helps configure and manage them within the agreed scope.
10. Liability
Kruusla performs the agreed work professionally and corrects errors caused by Kruusla's work within a reasonable time. Kruusla is not responsible for inaccurate information supplied by the client, changes made by the client or a third party, or service interruptions outside Kruusla's control.
11. Personal data and cookies
Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy, and cookie use in the Cookie Policy. Information submitted through the enquiry form is used to answer the enquiry and prepare for possible cooperation.
12. Changes and disputes
Kruusla may update these terms when its services or legal requirements change. The new version is published on this page with an updated date. Disagreements will first be addressed through negotiation; if that is unsuccessful, the laws of the Republic of Estonia apply.
